By accessing or using CareLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time with no penalties. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the operation of our platform.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or generate through our platform. You can export your data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
CareLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
